An IT and Mathematics graduate of the University of Kashmir, Rifat has spent her career fostering high-performance engineering cultures that value ethical AI, lean execution, and measurable impact. At Cognim AI she oversees day-to-day delivery, talent development, and strategic partnerships, ensuring that every solution we ship is robust, compliant, and future-proof.

Dr. Rukaya Syeed — Chief Communications Officer

A doctorate in Plant Sciences & Molecular Biology from Jamia Hamdard, Dr. Rukaya Syeed has spent the past decade translating complex research into clear, compelling stories.
